Setting them up for success by educating them on our ways of working and tools, along with our best practices.Leading the new restaurant experience efforts to increase the engagement of the partners with the company.Understanding their specific needs and value proposition to tailor strategies that will help them grow their business on the platform.The job will involve:

  • Owning relationships with new restaurant industry stakeholders;
  • Building up Deliveroo?s image and reputation as an established and valued leader of the UAE F&B industry;
  • Supporting our restaurant partners with their growth objectives;
  • Sharing recommendations based on your market knowledge/Deliveroo experience on Menus, Marketing, and Operations
Requirements
  • Education (BSc/BA in business or related field)
  • Experience (1-2 years of experience in commercial/account management roles)
  • Skillset:
    • Experience in handling more than 500 accounts
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Intrapreneur mindset
    • Comfortable with trying new processes and able to charter new ones
    • Sharp analytical skills
  • Knowledge required: Spreadsheet software use (Excel, Google Sheets, etc), CRM platforms usage (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc). Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus;
  • Characteristics: self-starter capable of driving yourself to your targets
