Account Manager, Global Corporate Payments - Fiat UAE, Dubai / Full-time: Remote / Business Development Binance is the global blockchain company behind the world?s largest digital asset exchange by trading volume and users, serving a greater mission to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and increase the freedom of money. The Binance Fiat Partnerships team is responsible for managing and developing payment partner relationships across Europe. This role will work with our largest bank partners and enable corporate payment channels for Binance VIP customers. The position requires a senior, highly self-motivated, commercially pragmatic, business developer with strong influencing and negotiating skills to partner with the customer across numerous market-specific proposals and portfolio engagements. As Binance grows across markets globally, you will be responsible for taking a proactive and thought leadership role in how to manage our largest bank partners and corporate payment providers in partnership with Global & regional Fiat leads, VIP Customer leads, Finance, product, technology, compliance and legal. - Prior experience: ~6-10 years experience in a client/partner facing role defining and executing partnership strategies with significant internal and external dependencies - in a bank or with banks as partners- Minimum 5 years of industry experience across digital banking, financial services or payments- Have had several years of experience in dealing with capital markets, traders, Banks & FIs - prior transaction banking experience is preferred- Can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility- Have strong communication skills and be able to interact with external partners and internal teams- Be a team player capable of coordinating resources across Binance?s very flat organization- Strong bias towards action and acts with a sense of urgency to get things done- Ability to influence without direct authority- Have strong self-awareness, be open to different approaches/ideas; flexible- Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing and able to drive the progress of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities- Have high standards of personal and professional integrity- Have a sense of humour; a positive outlook; able to form rapport and good working relationships- Have an interest in learning about Web3 and crypto and its interaction with the traditional finance playersPrivacy Preference Center Manage Consent PreferencesAlways Active
