Job Description

The Account Manager will be responsible for the following areas, and will work across all MARS categories (Chocolate, Pet, Food, Ice Cream, Cakes, Biscuits Gum Fruity Confections and Be Kind):

  • Developing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers
  • Build medium to long-term Customer plans focusing on Business priorities and customer needs.
  • Identifying and managing interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities
  • Resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high quality customer service
  • Activating new Customers to Drive Business & Channel Growth.
  • Distribution of Mars portfolio across stores as per the MARS execution guidelines
  • Execution of contracted displays in the store as per the Perfect Store requirements
  • Execution of activation plans provided, and ensuring perfect compliance with the plans
  • Enabling the delivery of the sales targets associated to the plans
  • Checking stock levels and managing OOS?s
  • Managing end to End Customer Ordering & Deliveries (operations) and insure collectionon time
  • Listings and Range Management across customers
