Job Description

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record in franchise management and customer relations? We are seeking an enthusiastic Franchise Account Manager to join our team and oversee our network of franchises. If you possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for business growth, and the ability to build strong relationships, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees and the company.
  • Ensure the continued success of your current franchise partners, cultivate and preserve a positive connection with them.
  • Develop and implement business plans in partnership with franchisees to promote growth and profitability.
  • Franchisees should receive direction and help with regard to operating procedures, marketing campaigns, and brand adherence.
  • Franchise performance is tracked and analysed, and action plans are put into place to address issues and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
  • Encourage participation and knowledge exchange, have monthly franchise meetings, training sessions, and seminars.
  • Aid in the creation of strategies for franchisee recruitment to grow the network.
  • Ensure effective communication between the management staff of the business and the franchisees.
  • Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, standards, and guidelines.
