Job Description

  • Manage client relationships that includes attending clients requests, managing client expectations and execute queries in atimely manner
  • Coordinate internal teams for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projectsare deliveredon-time and as per the client requirements
  • Conduct trend analyses with available tools and present the results to the clients
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
