The role requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver highly successful projects for the client and the agency.   • Primary day to day client contact and project lead
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • A strong interest in design, innovative communications and business strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client?s business objectives and audiences.
  • Successfully manages suppliers, partners and clients to ensure we reach successful outcomes for both the client and AKQA.
  • Keeps stakeholders informed of project progress at all times and manages expectations proactively.
  • Understanding of financial and operational account processes and management
  • Creates and distributes professional-quality written documentation (CPS, status reports, agendas, contact reports, emails).
  • Work with disciplines to provide clients with relevant insights on industry trends, best practice, benchmarks
QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS
  • Previous experience working in an agency environment highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has decision making ability and problem solving skills
  • Ability to discuss knowledgeably, and apply relevantly, the full range of AKQA strategic services offering.
  • Natural curiosity and collaborative spirit
