The Account Director is responsible for acquisition and ongoing service delivery at key hospitality accounts. Based in the Dubai HQ, the role is a superb opportunity for a seasoned account or business development director to work with global brands in iconic destinations around the world. You want the whole team to succeed.What You?ll Do:* Confidently articulate the value of Staytus? existing and emerging services to senior hotel and group-level decision-makers. Be a trusted advisor in the decision-making process.* Audit luxury hotels and resorts and identify opportunities for enhanced guest revenue.* Oversee development of client communications campaigns.* Deliver strategic senior counsel on guest marketing to hotel leadership; develop and nurture relationships: GM, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance etc.* Effectively present performance data and guest insight analytics.* Enhance and improve Staytus? sales and operational processes.* Cultivate customer references, success stories and data insights.* Contribute strategically to the overall expertise of Staytus as the world leader for guest marketing in luxury hospitality.About Us:Staytus is igniting a love affair between hotel outlets and their guests, and changing an industry.
