Job Description

Our client, a college based in Dubai that specializes in higher education, is looking to recruit French- Speaking Full time Academic Coordinators for their Dubai campus.Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Academic coordination, supervision, academic plan implementation and liaison between academic heads and faculty delivering.?
  • Providing solutions for students problems related to academics.?
  • Ensuring the academic plan is being implemented correctly timely and red flags are identified and reported to senior academic heads?
  • Quality assurance of the program delivery and teaching material.?
  • Provide timely and high-quality administrative support across all academic programmes??
  • Assist in the coordination assessment processes?
  • Support and attend academic meetings, including preparing agendas, papers, taking minutes and ensuring action points are followed up
  • Work effectively to support the teaching and learning environment including proactive, efficient and collaborative liaison with academic staff and students
  • Work effectively within policy guidelines/regulations and develop internal processes as necessary
  • Maintain high levels of quality assurance, including assisting in course evaluation and course approval procedures
  • Accurate record keeping in all areas of work;??????????????????????
  • Track student progress, monitor standards of learning and teaching in order to set realistic academic targets for pupils
  • Lead on pedagogical initiatives and approaches
  • Keep up to date with changes and initiatives in education?
  • Gain an understanding of UK accreditation requirements and assist with UK accreditation where necessary.
  • Undertake other duties as may be reasonably requested of your post
