Brief Job Description:? Good troubleshooting and PPM knowledge in either Air Conditioning units / Electrical or Plumbing Systems? Perform periodic preventive maintenance schedule? Perform routine inspection and repair? Ensure that all operation and maintenance activities are properly recorded and documented? Respond and troubleshoot in case of emergency / breakdowns in units? Execute the work order issued by superiors with specified standards? Ensure all portable equipment are in correct order and can be used safely? Perform the daily inspection checklist? Assist to perform the plumbing, electrical, mechanical and others MEP jobs as and when required? Advises Facilities supervisor concerning major repairs / changes requiredHealth, Safety and Environment (HSE)Follow all HSE regulations, precautions, standards, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for self and others.HousekeepingMaintain the immediate and adjacent work environment clean and tidy before, during and after executing the job, in line with established standards of Hygiene and HousekeepingCommunicationCommunicate with the Customer (viz. tenants) in a polite, courteous and professional manner to generate customer satisfaction. Educational QualificationHigh School Certificate with a relevant Trade Certificate of proficiency, Knowledge of assigned area of skill and expertise. ITI / Diploma in relevant trade is mandatory.
