Job Description

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced AC Technician who can simultaneously manage technical operations and drive business growth through customer acquisition and service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Responsibilities

  • Install and service various AC systems and refrigeration equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine cleaning of AC units
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in cooling systems
  • Conduct performance checks on air conditioning and chiller systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical regulations
Business Development & Operations
  • Lead companys initial operational setup
  • Develop customer acquisition strategies
  • Actively network and generate new business leads
  • Build and manage customer relationships
  • Create service pricing and quotation structures
  • Manage daily business operations
  • Handle customer inquiries and service bookings
  • Develop marketing strategies for service promotion
  • Track and report business performance metrics
