Job Description

Job Purpose:To perform highly diversified duties to maintain and repair A/C units, building facilities according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the business goals and objectives. Maintain and improve facilities.Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot Building facilities such as A/C Units, carpentry, plumbing and electrical works.
  • Maintain, repair and trouble shoots building equipment.
  • Coordinate and participate in PM (preventative maintenance) tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
  • Do general cleaning and upkeep of buildings and properties.
  • Responsible for maintaining of PBX and server room.
  • Observes safety and security procedures.
