AC TechnicianJob Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates:•Conduct daily high-quality Maintenance routine.•Respond to contingencies to ensure restoration of system operations in the event of a component or system malfunction.•Troubleshooting of, FCU, AHU, FAHU, SAC, WAC, Extract Fan, PKG unit, Pumps, Motors, Water Leak Detections, VAV’s, ,•Carryout inspections of the HVAC & facilities to identify system single point of failure.•Ensures in updating all technical/maintenance logs, databases, records & archives•Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete•the necessary installation and/or repair.•Responds to emergencies during or after hours for resolving immediate safety concerns.•Performs other related duties assigned by Supervisor for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
