Qualifications?Valid UAE driving license (Required)Full?Experienced in plumbing works, air conditioning units (repair & installation).?Maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.?Maintenance of heating and plumbing systems.?AC maintenance services. (Chilled water HVAC systems & Split ACs)?Ventilation/ Hood Extraction services and maintenance.?Perform manual repairs when necessary (doors, cabinets, etc.)?To carry out Planned, Reactive & Corrective Maintenance Task.?Knowledge of and Civil works.?Submit the daily reports to the supervisor,?Knowledge in carpentry, gypsum works, masonry, painting, handyman works.?Carry out corrective maintenance , handyman, refurbishment works.?Good understanding in methods and techniques in any maintenance works.?Ability to assist and respond any maintenance call outs.?Familiar in all Dubai routes and location with valid driving license.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED2,000.00 ?
