AC Technician & General MaintenanceReports to: Technical Support Manager?Job Purpose:To perform highly diversified duties to maintain and repair A/C units, building facilities according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the business goals and objectives. Maintain and improve facilities.?Key Accountabilities:????????Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot Building facilities such as A/C Units, carpentry, plumbing and electrical works.????????Maintain, repair and trouble shoots building equipment.????????Coordinate and participate in PM (preventative maintenance) tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.????????Do general cleaning and upkeep of buildings and properties.????????Responsible for maintaining of PBX and server room.????????Observes safety and security procedures.Lives and Advocates the Bateel Values:????????Quality????????Innovation????????Authenticity????????Integrity
