Job Description

  • To produce and customize cakes as per the clients requirement in buttercream and fondant.
  • To produce cakepops, cakesicles, decorated royal icing cookies is a plus.
  • To make and prepare different pastries, icings, macarons is a plus.
  • Able to do 3D and wedding cakes.
  • To produce different cake fillings based on the cake flavors and clients preferences.
  • To make figure toppers neatly in 2D and 3d using fondant, gumpaste, modelling chocolate paste
  • To prepare cakes, cupcakes and pastries for every day sell
  • Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc.
