Job Description

Tangent are currently looking for a 360 recruitment consultant to join our Dubai office.? Tangent are one of the leading Communications and Technology recruitment agencies worldwide, currently holding the award for Best IT and Digital Recruitment Agency.The position requires previous recruitment/sales experience. The recruitment consultant?helps to develop new business/clients for Tangent. The role is a?360 degree? role and will encompass the following;

  • Telephone canvassing new clients in selected markets, in order to generate new leadsArranging and conducting client meetings and presentations in order to generate new leads
  • Securing new job vacancies for Tangent to work on
  • Conducting candidate search activities
  • Arranging interviews for candidates with each new customer
  • Negotiating rates/contracts/terms and conditions with the customer and the individual contractors/candidates
  • Keeping accurate records of all actions and keeping the client and database up to date
  • Achieving all sales targets set by your designated manager
