Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedRecruitment Consultantwith a strong background in thebanking and financial services sectorto join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the banking industry, a robust network, and a proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles within the sector.Location:Dubai, UAEEmployment Type:Full-TimePackage :Competitive salary + Commission and Overall OTEKey Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banking and financial services clients.
  • Identify and attract top talent within the banking industry, focusing on senior and mid-level roles.
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the selection process.
  • Maintain a candidate database and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and industry trends to clients and candidates.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations.
  • Assist in onboarding processes and follow up to ensure successful candidate integration.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of3-5 years of recruitment experience in the banking/financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of various roles in the banking industry, including private banking, retail banking, investment banking, and wealth management.
  • Proven track record of successful placements in the banking sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and HR databases is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

  • Strong Communication Skills both written and spoken (ESSENTIAL).
  • Graduate caliber(commercial sales experience preferred but not essential).
  • Target-driven and money-motivated.
  • Ability to demonstrate astrong work ethicwith a clear communication style.
