Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking to hire a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer for a prestigious luxury villa building project in Dubai, working on the Supervision Consultant side.The candidate will be responsible for site-based planning, progress monitoring, and schedule control, ensuring timely project delivery in line with consultant and client requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop, review, and manage baseline programs, updated schedules, and recovery plans for building projectsMonitor site progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation measuresPrepare weekly and monthly progress reports for client and internal stakeholdersCoordinate closely with site supervision teams, contractors, and project managementReview contractor submissions including programmes, manpower histograms, and sequencingSupport delay analysis, claims review, and extension of time (EOT) assessmentsEnsure planning activities comply with contractual, consultant, and client standardsDesired Candidate ProfileCandidate Requirements:Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in the UAEAt least 5 years of recent experience with a well-recognized Supervision ConsultantProven experience on luxury villas / high-end residential building projectsStrong site-based planning and supervision experience in building constructionProficient in Primavera P6 and MS ProjectGood understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and reportingStrong communication and coordination skills? Working Schedule: 6 days / 48 hoursDue to project requirements, only candidates with a minimum of 12 years of UAE experience and relevant luxury villa project exposure will be shortlisted. Other profiles will be reviewed and retained for future opportunities.
