Roles & ResponsibilitiesAdminister and manage contractual matters from pre-award through project close-out.Review, interpret, and manage contracts, subcontracts, variations, claims, and extension of time submissions.Coordinate contractual matters with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients. Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.Support the commercial and quantity surveying teams in contract administration and cost control activities.Prepare contractual correspondence and maintain accurate records of contracts, approvals, claims, and project documentation.Identify contractual risks and provide recommendations to management.Assist in dispute resolution and final account settlements.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor?s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in contract administration/contract engineering within building construction projects.Experience with main contractor.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices.Experience in commercial management, claims, variations, and subcontract administration.
