Job descriptionAs a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships and meeting revenue targets.Job Responsibilities:?Increase Vidume portfolio sales through active customer needs assessment and solution recommendations.?Build a strong pipeline and consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.?Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact with a client to training and follow-up support.?Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships and providing quality customer service.?Lead online demonstrations to clients.?Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the client?s satisfaction.?Remain in frequent contact with the existing clients and prioritize retention as a major focus.?Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure client success and satisfaction.?Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting and forecasting.Qualifications:?Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the recruitment or HR technology industry in Qatar.?Ability to analyze sales data and trends to inform decision-making.?Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.?Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.?High aptitude for sales (Preferably B2B sales).?Strong networking and connections in Qatar?Keen eye for identifying potential leads.?Excellent negotiation skills to convert qualified leads into customers.?Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, understanding business requirements of senior decision-makers.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:
