SAP Application Support Required Duties/Roles SAP Support: Provide daily support for SAP applications, resolving issues to ensure smooth operation. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose issues, apply updates, and maintain system stability and security. Development & Customization: Assist in developing and customizing both SAP and other applications to meet organizational needs. Understanding Business Needs: Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for SAP and other systems. User Support & Training: Help users with SAP and other systems, offering training and guidance as needed. Project Coordination: Help coordinate small IT projects, managing tasks and tracking progress. Collaboration: Work with IT teams, developers, business units, and the SAP vendor to ensure applications meet organizational goals. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all systems follow tax regulations and organizational policies. Additional Duties: Take on other tasks as needed to support IT systems and projects.
