Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Spare Parts Sales Executive to join our team. This role is essential for driving the sales of HVAC spare parts and components, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company in the HVAC industry.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for HVAC spare parts and components to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC industry.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
Product Knowledge:
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of HVAC spare parts, components, and systems.
  • Offer technical expertise and guidance to customers to ensure they make informed decisions.
Sales Presentations:
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, tailoring product solutions to meet the specific needs of customers.
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our HVAC spare parts.
Quotation and Pricing:
  • Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations.
  • Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.
Market Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
  • Provide feedback to the company on customer needs and emerging market demands.
Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts.
Technical Support:
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customers receive exceptional support for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
