Job Role: Produce various monthly reports projecting past, present, and future expenditures of all construction projects and facilities outgoings Responsible for production of monthly FRC reports of ongoing projects which forecast the annual budget, certified payments, remaining annual costs, and variances Create monthly receiving reports regarding purchase requisitions and purchase orders for all medical facilities Using software?s such as Oracle E-Business Suite, PMWeb, and Microsoft Excel to consistently research and prepare financial data to assist different departments for various issues Assisting in the preparation of the Opex and Capex budgets for facilities under the jurisdiction of my Line manager
