Develop, recommend, implement, and manage the operational department?s annual and long-term goals.? Conduct daily briefings with management on current key activities.? Ensure optimal compliance with corporate focus audit, local health and safety, and other statutory regulations.? Manage emergency situations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage, loss, or injury to any Guests, employees, or Company property.? Observe the team in the operation, daily, review operational performance and lead the team to success.
