Job Description

Position Title: Director of F&BEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 35K QAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Qatar About the Client: A 5 Star Luxury Hotel based in Qatar.

  • Oversee Food & Beverage areas, ensuring that guest satisfaction is maintained across F&B outlets.
  • Maintains a high level of communication and feedback within the departments.
  • Lead Outlet Managers to implement strategies that will enhance their respective outlets and implement regular training.
  • Ensure regular team, section, and departmental meetings are held in the Food and Beverage Department and that the results/outcomes are recorded, filed, and followed up.
  • To carry out regular quality control functions in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department to ensure a consistent high quality of all services is maintained.
