QualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include:- Bachelor Degree partnered with a minimum of 8 years of related experience with the most recent 2 years in a leadership role.- Previous experience with volume hiring of professional staff including minimum 400-500 hires per annum, 1000 proposal roles per annum etc.- Knowledge within Architecture, Engineering and/ or Construction Recruitment is required.- Familiarity with enterprise level Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources software. Previous experience of iCIMS ATS is preferable but not essential.- Demonstrable track record in direct sourcing models, ie. minimum 98%+ direct hires per annum.- Knowledge of GCC employment law and legislative requirements.- Proven experience managing and prioritizing multiple campaigns, projects and client relationships.- Experience managing or active involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives as they relate to talent acquisition.- Degree or Masters level qualification in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or equivalent preferred.- CIPD, SHRM, REC or equivalent highly regarded.KEOs performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
