Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AD & Exchange Administrator For Doha Qatar. Duration : 1 year Contract (Onsite) Location : Doha QATAR Package: USD 4,000 monthly + Visa + Medical insurance Key Responsibilities: Design, architect, and oversee the implementation of complex Active Directory forests, domains, trusts, and group policies to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and security. Lead the planning, migration, and integration of on-premises AD environments with cloud-based solutions (Azure AD) and Exchange Online (Microsoft 365) for a seamless hybrid environment. Develop and enforce security policies, access controls, and authentication mechanisms within AD and Exchange to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry standards. Expert knowledge in Exchange architecture and message flow Expert knowledge in integrations with Microsoft exchange. Deep understanding in Exchange security (Malware, Spam Protection). Expert knowledge in Exchange recovery procedures. Evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements, upgrades, or new features to optimize performance, reliability, and resilience of AD and Exchange systems. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, implement solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues related to directory services and messaging systems. Mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and conduct training sessions to elevate the skill set of the team. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of hands-on experience in architecting, designing, implementing, and supporting complex Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange environments in large-scale enterprise settings. Expert-level proficiency in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, LDAP, and other directory services technologies. Extensive expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server, including architecture design, deployment, configuration, and administration of multi-site, high-availability environments. Proven track record in implementing and managing hybrid Exchange environments, including on-premises and cloud-based deployments (Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online). Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting and automation for efficient management and administration of AD and Exchange infrastructure. In-depth understanding of security best practices and protocols related to AD and Exchange, including identity and access management, encryption, authentication mechanisms, and threat detection. Demonstrated experience in resolving complex technical issues, performance tuning, and optimizing AD and Exchange systems for scalability and reliability. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, MCSE: Core Infrastructure, or equivalent industry certifications highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions effectively.
