Employment: Full Time Manage Store Supervisors, Store Keepers, Inventory Officers and Store workers working in the storesImplement and follow Warehouse procedures in accordance with company policies and proceduresInventory Control and Material ManagementManaging the process to make sure all the GRN s are done timely manner.Produce accurate reports for Project/Construction management Material Daily Receipt / Issued and upcoming deliveries.Plan and store layout of the storage considering the duration of the projects, project program and on volume and potential hazards.Personnel management, Training and Leadership Development and ensure all the store team understand their duties, responsibilities & authority level.Train staff members and conduct quarterly performance review.Coordinate with project QA/QC engineers to verify all the delivering Engineered /permeant materials are as per the project approved technical materials submittals.Laise with project Plant & Logistics team with regards to the requirement of storesCreate a friendly collaborative working environment to motivate employee and enhance their moraleEncourage sharing of knowledge across all levelsConduct biannual vendor assessment REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor in commerce / MarketingAny Intl Certifications in Supply Chain process or LogisticsMust have strong knowledge of computerized store activities with depth knowledge working in Inventory Module in any ERP system(s)Ensuring the timely delivery of projectsMaximize margins through effective management of labour, materials and any other overheadsInventory, warehouse, material management including minimization of surplus materialsComprehensive understanding of complex systems of inventories, deliveries and costsPersonnel management manage, recognize and reward talented staffFinancial understanding of budgets, cost control and financial leversKnowledge of the relevant Health & Safety laws relating to working environment.To audit the stores processes and make/suggest improvements where necessary
