Required Qualification:4 Year degree in Engineering.Advanced degree in ITS highly desirable.MME registered.Required Experience:12+ yearsExperience in Traffic Engineering with special focus on ITS.Expertise is in the Integration, Operations and Maintenance of Automated Traffic Management Systems (SCATS and SCOOT), city surveillance systems, establishing command and control centersTrack record in providing Intelligent Traffic and transportation solutionsKnowledge of traffic analysis tools such as SYNCHRO, VISUM, VISSUM, VISSIM, HCS, CORSIM and other traffic engineering software.Proven ability to perform in a technical capacity.Good written and oral communication.Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
