Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop enterprise GenAI/LLM applications, including RAG solutions, AI agents, prompt engineering and tool/function callingIntegrate AI with SAP S/4HANA/ECC, SAP BTP, Integration Suite/CPI, Fiori and HANA using OData, REST/SOAP, RFC, BAPI and IDocBuild solutions on Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and API ManagementEmbed AI into Finance, Procurement, Fleet, Workshop, Maintenance and HR processes (e.g., PO approval insights, invoice extraction and reconciliation, technician assistants)Add guardrails, audit logging, monitoring and human-in-the-loop controls to business-critical AI actionsTake approved proofs of concept into production, and handle testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and documentationDesired Candidate ProfileBachelor?s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field5?8+ years in IT development and integration, with proven delivery of GenAI/LLM solutions in practice, not only experimentsStrong Python, plus JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL and API development (JSON/XML, OpenAPI)Working knowledge of SAP integration (ABAP, OData, CDS, RAP); hands-on SAP BTP/Integration Suite experience strongly preferredKnowledge of OAuth 2.0, Entra ID, API security and prompt-injection risksExperience with Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub and CI/CDExperience with LangChain or Semantic Kernel is desirableCertifications in SAP BTP, Azure AI or Power Platform are a plusStrong analytical and communication skills
