ProfileKnowledge and Experience- Diploma in Security Management.- Must be a registered Security Officer with PLRD and holds a valid Security License issued by PLRD.- Certified in First Aid, CPR and AED- Certified CERT member as per SCDF guidelines.- Excellent investigative and report writing skills.- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry or work experience in the Military or the Police Force or 5 years experience as an Assistant Security Manager or Security Manager.Competencies- Oral and written fluency in English. Ability to converse in other languages is an advantage.- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees.- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) will be an advantage.- Service oriented with an eye for detail.- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.- Self-motivated and energetic.
