The successful candidate should hold a bachelors Degree, with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience, having overseen multiple regions across the globe. With generalist HR knowledge, including performance management, organizational design and employee relations. Experience partnering with senior management is essential for this role.Due to the scope of this role frequent travel will be required.
