Education:Must have BSC, BEng, BA (Engineering) or Equivalent (should be obtained from North America, W. Europe, Australia or equivalent University), with Chartered certification shall be obtained from North America, W. Europe, Australia, or equivalent.Experience:The candidate should have more than 20 years of demonstrable overall experience and 10 years in infrastructure projects, should have experience in GCC.Skills:Should have hands-on experience to solve the issues at the construction site.
