Employment: Full Time This project management role will work closely with the divisions management team, The ABA Contracting team, Brand Principals and the contractors for the management of the divisions projects by ensuring proper management of resources and its deliverables on construction & fit out projects through all phases to ensure the on-time delivery of project/s. This role will also be in charge of the facilities management including but not limited to Staff accommodation and staff transportation. REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS- Bachelors degree civil engineering / architectural Engineering is a must- Project Management or PMI certified (PMP) or related professional qualification is an advantage- A minimum of 5 years of experience with 1 years supervisory experience in project management- Language and proficiency in English essential, Arabic desirable- Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel, Power Point, Word; Advance knowledge on Resource Planning & Management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.)- Basic knowledge in construction and design related software (AutoCAD, 3D related design software as Maya, etc)- Should have a Valid Qatar light vehicle driving license required
