- Develop new product to be brought into Qatar- Create a local flavour drinks programme- Create beverage and Zero Mixology to be instagrammable- Produce own, Rose water, soft drinks and infusion, for in room amenities- Customer engagement with personalized master classes- Intangible luxury with touch point in multiple occasions for memory of a lifetime- Lead, mentor and inspire the bartenders and ice sculptor artist- Develop a consistent mixologist manual where each drink is delivered with top standards- Ensure the operational inventory is always accounted for and in immaculate condition- Create opportunities for upselling products- Follow Hotel Evacuation Policy in case of an Emergency- Ensure awareness and delivers the optimum levels of service and guest satisfaction- Supervise weekly beverage inventory- Supervise store requisitions / Bar requisitions, etc.- Flexible to work in other areas when required by the immediate Supervisor.- Supervise and verify records and submits all inventory transfer records- Supervise and handle wastage, breakage or lose- Verify the set up and delivery of the outlet bar- Verify the relevant mise en place for all beverage related requirements- Verify beverage related inventory- To feel empowered, proactive and accountable within the work placeTALENT & CULTUREThe hotel reserves the right to revise all job descriptions from time to time as business needs demand.
