The client will look to recruit a senior management professional with proven experience in leading and growing international or regional organisations with a variety of technical divisions, developing strategic and business plans.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and know how to motivate and effectively communicate to department managers in order for them to perform and exceed financial and operational expectations.
