HR AssistantJob Location : Doha, QatarKey Responsibilities :•Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with Qatar labor laws.•Support the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and managing documentation.•Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.•Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure data protection compliance.•Support payroll processing and attendance tracking as required.•Assist with HR initiatives, reports, and projects as needed.Qualifications :•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.•Strong organizational and communication skills.•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, SAP).•Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Qatar.
