Project ManagerJob Location : Doha, QatarResponsibilities :•Determine and define scope of work and deliverables.•Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.•Prepare and submit the project budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.•Manage costs in order to meet budget.•Provide direction to the project team to execute the job within the deadline.•Manage construction schedule and activities.•Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines.•Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.Requirement :•Should have a degree in Civil Engineering with UPDA, Grade A•Min (08) years relevant experience within Qatar or GCC in construction of building projects including (villas and majlis)•Must have a good local networking for business development.•Must have proficient knowledge of computers.Pay: From QAR15,000.00 per month
