The successful candidate must have experience as a Head Chef within an all-day dining or similar concept within premium casual. You must be experienced in recipe generation, being able to create new recipes to evolve and complement the existing menu. GCC experience is an added advantage though not essential for a strong Head Chef. Fast casual and QSR experience will not be considered.Excellent and strong communication skills are required to successfully lead the culinary team.
