The successful candidate must have experience as a Head Chef, within Asian cuisine for an internationally known brand. A strong Senior Sous Chef ready with comprehensive experience may be considered. You must have a solid background within Asian cuisine, fusion Asian experience is an added advantage. The perfect candidate is experienced in sushi and robata, at least one is a requirement. This role requires a creative chef, with extensive Asian cuisine knowledge, a strong leader who can balance supporting and leading the team as required. Experience training staff is essential for this role. This high level role is looking for a candidate with top level experience, QSR or fast casual experience will not be considered.Preference will be given for candidates with Middle East experience, exceptional candidates with top level experience from outside the region will be considered.
