The successful candidate must be an innovative, passionate and dynamic F&B leader. The ideal candidate is currently working as Director of F&B or Assistant Director of F&B of a hotel with a solid standing as an F&B destination. You must have a proven track record of revitalising outlets, fine-tuning things to maximise opportunity. This role requires someone who is constantly up to date with market trends and has a vision to see potential.Candidates outside the Middle East with experience in a known F&B destination property will be considered.
