The client will look to recruit a Senior Maintenance professional whom is able to demonstrate a sustained track record for minimum of 10 years in a similar Deputy / Managerial position, for a regional or international Facilities Management company within the GCC region. The successful candidate will have essential experience of Museum facilities and operations, relative to humidity and climate control. The candidate will hold a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess and understanding in CAFM systems and BIM modelling.Spoken and Written English language to a professional / fluent level is essential for this role. Candidates with relevant GCC experience will be considered as a priority.
