Employment: Full Time This Management position within Monoprix Division will be responsible to oversee cash transaction, cash reconciliations according to company policies (customer transactions Cash, Card, LPO and Gift Vouchers payments) and profitable management of resources within the store.- Responsible in checking the stores front-end activities where the cashiers are working, maintaining customer service and give assistance to other operational issues.- Ensuring loss prevention within the store. REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS- A degree in business administration / management with basic accounting knowledge- Minimum of 6-8 years progressively responsible cash handling, or accounting experience; supervisory experience an advantage- Can speak English, French, and Arabic if possible- Experience in a cross-cultural work environment is a plus- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence.
