Knowledge and Experience- Diploma holder or equivalent in hospitality or related field.- Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar capacity.- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.- Experience in accounting systems (such as SUN System).Competencies- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues and external suppliers.- Good presentation and influencing skills.- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.- Personal presentation, clean / tidy.- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to changes effectively.- Ability to work with minimal supervision and has good initiative under dynamic environment.- Sense of urgency.
