Employment: Full Time Charterhouse is working with a growing semi-government organisation based in Qatar who is looking to hire a Client Relations Specialist. This is a new role for the organisation reporting into the BD Manager and will be responsible for the account management of their corporate client base within the government, military and civil defense sectors.Your main responsibilities will be to manage and further develop existing accounts communicating with high level Government, Military and Civil Defense Senior Executives to ensure total customer satisfaction, the continuation and further development of a fruitful and longstanding partnership. As the Client Relations Specialist you will also be responsible for all client inquires being the gateway of communication between both businesses, as well as handle customer feedback management and satisfaction including surveys. This is an exciting role working with the BD Manager to ultimately increase sales and profitability for the organisation. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate should be extremely well presented, have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and be self-motivated. You should be commercially astute and with a solid track record in B2B client relationship management within the government, military or civil defense sectors. You should have exceptional communication skills and fluency in English and Arabic and will be able to build rapport and creditability at ease with executive leaders. This role requires a Qatari Driving Licence.
