Qualification and General Experience:- Bachelors degree is required. Masters degree is a strong asset. Degree preferably related to Engineering or HR- More than 5 years of general experience- Ideally more than 3 years experience in change and/or culture transformation- Professional experience and knowledge of change management principles, tools and methodologies- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills- Demonstrated a strong experience in transfer knowledge / capacity buildingPerson Specifications:- Experience working in a utility / engineering environment, ideally working on a large scale international project combined with at least one experience with large-scale organizational change effort- Previous experience in the consultancy environment is a strong benefit- Previous middle east change implementation experience- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are required- Strong experience in stakeholder management is required- Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are required- English/Arabic speaker preferred.
