Camp Boss / Unit Manager (Offshore)

Greetings,We are looking for Unit Manager/Camp Boss for the offshore requirements (Rig/Barge/vessel), specific responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following:? Must have minimum 06 years of experience out of which minimum 01 year of offshore experience on vessels or rigs/ barges? Responsible for running day to day activities of catering. Menu planning, managing and solving staff issues. ? Maintaining quality of food ensuring that healthy and safety regulations are strictly observed & highly maintained. ? Responsible for monitoring the stock level, stock rotation and ensure compliance with the given targets and objectives. ? Should maintain best quality food ensuring that food safety regulations are strictly implemented/followed. ? Should be able to establish excellent relation with client/customers.? Should have excellent employee management skills and should be able to motivate the staff, performance appraisal, conducting trainings etc.? Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel (familiar with other softwares) and should be able to work on consolidating the reports for month end invoicing and follow up with clients.Other information? Candidates must have Bachelor?s degree / diploma in Hospitality Management? Hygiene / HACCP certification? CDC /seaman book (with endorsement of sea service / STCW Courses) and CDC stamps)? The rotation period is every six months of work one month vacation will be provided with flight ticket to home town.
