On a temporary/interim basis, the client will look to recruit a compliance professional from within the banking and/or financial services sector. At an AVP level, the candidate shall be required to demonstrate up to 5 years of experience, within either a holistic compliance management role or within a second line-of-defence advisory based position.The successful candidate will ideally have exposure to the Qatar and/or GCC market and the temporary assignment shall require a candidate whom is immediately and/or readily available to on-board.A baseline knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance checks shall be a vital aspect of the role; whereby candidates shall need to deliver a capability to support senior reporting lines coupled with any daily interface with the QFC regulator. The role will demand clear reporting, execution and an ability to identify any risk awareness points with both internal and external interfaces.
