Degree or higher-level qualification in Engineering, (e.g. BSc, BEng, MSc) or EquivalentPreferred Quantity Surveying CertifiedPMP Certification would be an advantageGeneral Experience:Minimum 10 years in Pre and Post Contracts Management experienceMinimum of 5 years as a Quantity SurveyorExperience in assessing and reviewing variations (Cost & Time) and prepare submissions Experienced in the reviewing Final BoQ, Final Account, Contracts Settlements, Variations, Claims and Prepare ReportsStrong experience in mentoring Departments / delivery teams to achieve time, cost and quality objectivesExperience in Contract Management and negotiations between Clients, Contractors and Legal Advisors when requiredExcellent in problem solving, maturity, empowerment and communication skillsStrong organisational, presentation, and customer service skillsStrong communication skillsSpecific Experience:Strong Stakeholder management skills ideally including work within the Middle EastFluent Arabic speaker / writerDuration:This will be a 12 to 24-month contract
