Roles & Responsibilities1-Identify, approach, and onboard established Saudi fashion brands, boutiques, designers, and local retailers onto the marketplace.2-Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, distributors, and key industry stakeholders across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and GCC.3-Lead commercial negotiations covering commissions, pricing, promotional offers, and partnership terms.4-Develop and execute a vendor acquisition strategy to expand our fashion and lifestyle product portfolio.5-Build a strong pipeline of prospective brands and convert opportunities into active marketplace partnerships.6-Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive vendor activation, product listings, sales growth, and long-term retention.7-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging local fashion brands to identify growth opportunities.Desired Candidate Profile1-Minimum 5?8 years of proven experience in the fashion industry, vendor management, brand partnerships, or e-commerce business development.2-Strong knowledge of the Saudi fashion (Kuwait fashion will be value addition) retail market and established relationships with local brands and retailers.3-Demonstrated success in acquiring brands, negotiating partnerships, and developing commercial relationships.4-Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and business development skills.5-Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
